At Bubbletopia.com, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, requiring changes to scheduled events. To ensure fairness and clarity for both our clients and our team, we have outlined our cancellation and inclement weather policies below.

Cancellation Policy

We strive to accommodate schedule changes whenever possible. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event will incur a $50 cancellation fee to account for lost time and preparation efforts. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to find a suitable alternative date.

Inclement Weather Policy

We recognize that weather conditions can sometimes interfere with planned performances. Our policy ensures flexibility while also protecting the time and resources invested in each event.

• Advance Cancellation Due to Forecasted Weather: If you choose to cancel the event ahead of time due to a forecast predicting severe weather, there will be no charge for the cancellation. We encourage early communication if weather conditions seem questionable.

• Performance Interrupted by Weather:

  • If less than 50% of the scheduled performance has been completed before weather forces an early stop, no charge will apply.

  • If more than 50% of the performance has been completed before cancellation due to weather, the full invoice amount will be due as the majority of the service has been provided.
